I have had these headphones for around 8-12 months, I'm not entirely sure how long I have had them. The problem I have at the moment is that one of the earphones has become loose (so it's not really worth wearing on your head if one of the earphones is dangling at the side). I've researched the Logitech website about warranty and getting in contact with them, the problem I have is that they ask for M/N (Model Number), PID or S/N and P/N (Part Number).
I've looked around for answers for where these can be found but I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify where I can find these/what they are as the answers given on the Logitech website are vague.

When I plug in the headset to his computer, a message pops up saying 'Installing drivers for new hardware.' Then, after about 15 seconds, it says that the driver installation was unsuccessful. Checking in the device manager, I see that 'Logitech G930 Headset' is listed under Other Devices with a yellow dot next to it.
I've tried uninstalling the driver and rebooting, reinstalling the Logitech software, doing it in safe mode. Nothing, it's like Windows won't even recognize the headset because even with the Logitech software installed I still can't use the basic functions on the headset.
Any ideas? Help is MUCH appreciated!
